If an error was made in the fulfillment process, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product so that we can make the necessary corrections. Shipping of replacement items and return shipping will be handled by Full Tilt Bike Co.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your return and credited in the original payment form, less the cost of shipping. Due to circumstances beyond our control, once processed, refund can take up to 72 business hours to be viable in the customer’s account.
Processing fees are required for every transaction made, Up to 3% of the original purchase will be held on behalf of Full Tilt Bike Co for coverage of these fees. Full Tilt Bike Co is not responsible to any extent for coverage of processing fees via the refunded payment method.
