Packages shipped by this method are shipped by either United States Postal Service or UPS. You may receive multiple boxes depending on the size and shape of your order. Shipping is calculated by the dimensional weight of items in your basket. We do offer overnight shipping, though you must call in to ensure the package is capable of making it out on the day of purchase. Phone calls must be made within business hours and an additional charge will be required. Most orders are processed within 48-72hrs after purchase when ordered Monday-Thursday. We are located in Minnesota and our office hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Any order placed after 1pm EST will usually be shipped out the following business day.
International orders will take longer to process and ship.
The shipping times displayed during the order page are only an estimate of arrival time. We are linked in real-time with the shipper to provide accurate and up-to-the-minute pricing and delivery estimates. Full Tilt Bike Co. is not able to guarantee that the couriers will not occasionally make mistakes in their estimates. It is entirely possible that your package can arrive later than listed, though it’s more likely that your package will arrive on time in most cases. If you do have an issue related to a late delivery estimate, we’ll make every effort to assist you in tracking the packaging and updating the delivery estimate, but we usually have the same tracking info as you will be provided. We are not responsible for refunding your shipping fees if a package arrives later than estimated. We use different forms of shipping and tracking info that will be provided after shipment.

We are linked in real-time to USPS and UPS to provide the most accurate up-to-the-minute pricing and delivery estimates. Full Tilt Bike Co. is not able to guarantee that the couriers will not occasionally make mistakes in their estimates. It is entirely possible that your package will arrive early or late, though it’s more likely that it will arrive within the time window provided. If you do have an issue related to a late delivery, we’ll make every effort to assist you in tracking the package and updating the delivery estimate. We will not be able to refund your shipping fees if a package arrives later than expected due to a situation with your address, limited access to the delivery location or a delay on the part of the courier.
The day following the shipment is considered the first day in transit. Shipping days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All applicable customs, duties, and taxes are NOT included in the price of shipping. These amounts are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and due on receipt of merchandise.
If a package is refused, customs has the right to destroy the package or return it to the sender. If a package is destroyed for non-payment, the purchaser will NOT be entitled to a refund. If a package is returned to us, a refund will be processed less the cost of shipping to and from your location.
None of the packages shipped by Full Tilt Bike Co. are insured through the postal service. Route package protection is available at each and every checkout to cover packages that may be lost, stolen, or damaged. If your shipment encounters any of these issues a claim must be filed through ROUTE within 48 hours of the estimated arrival time. Full Tilt Bike Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If ROUTE package protection is removed at checkout it becomes the sole responsibility of the consumer for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Full Tilt Bike Co will assist in filing/support needed to make a claim with ROUTE, but it not responsible for filing the claim on the customer's behalf.
